We guarantee that all our gemstones are 100% natural. For gemstones without existing certificates, you can request a certification before shipping. We provide complete and clear information regarding any treatments (heated or unheated), special colors, and other key characteristics  these details are essential and will always be transparently stated to avoid any misunderstandings. Beyond color and clarity, the natural origin and treatment status of each gemstone are guaranteed for a lifetime.


2. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day inspection period during which you can verify the quality and compare prices. During this period, responsibility remains with the sender; please ensure all items are carefully packed and returned in their original condition.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

You may also choose to pay and pick up directly at our office.


4. Where do you ship from?

We ship from either our China office or Bangkok office, depending on stock availability.


5. If I want to customize jewelry, what should I do?

For simple designs, we can send your stone directly to a third-party factory. For more complex designs, please provide us with reference photos (you can easily find examples on Pinterest or Instagram).

Before we proceed with the factory, you must complete payment for your gemstone and agree to the factory’s disclaimer. Please note: once a stone is sent directly to a third-party factory without prior inspection, returns and refunds are not available.


6. What about taxes and shipping?

Please let us know if you have specific instructions regarding the declared value on your shipping invoice. In any case of customs issues, the receiver is fully responsible. If no instructions are provided, we will prepare the documentation based on our experience to ensure the highest chance of smooth customs clearance.


7. How can I become an agent or reseller in my area?
