Customized Jewelry

For simple designs, we can send your stone directly to a third-party factory to create your jewelry efficiently.

For more complex or personalized designs, please send us reference photos (for example, from Pinterest or Instagram) so we can understand your vision clearly.

Before we forward your stone to the third-party factory, you must complete payment for your gemstone and agree to the factory’s disclaimer. Please note: once a stone is sent directly to a third-party factory without personal inspection, returns and refunds are not available.

Most customized jewelry orders take approximately 15–30 days to complete, depending on the complexity and design details.

Three Types of Jewelry Production

1️⃣ Thailand Handmade
A fast and efficient option for simple designs, created by skilled local artisans in Thailand.

2️⃣ China Brand-Quality Production
High-quality production equivalent to pieces sold in shopping mall jewelry stores. If your stone is located in Thailand, we will first ship it to our partner factory in China (shipping may take an additional 10 days). Once finished, the jewelry is shipped directly to your country.

3️⃣ Special European Brand-Quality Production
In collaboration with luxury master makers from Italy or France, these pieces are crafted to the highest standards — comparable to renowned houses such as Cartier, Graff, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
