Processing Time
Please allow 3 to 5 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatch. Rest assured, we do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (such as pandemics) may impact delivery times.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship all available items immediately. Remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If you receive only part of your order initially, there’s no need to worry — the rest will follow shortly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) containing your tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages
WB GEM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your shipping carrier directly using the information provided on our Tracking Page.
