we guarantee all our gemstone are natural only, for no certificated gemstone,  u can ask certificate before shipping, we will clearly to write key informations about heat /unheat, special color and so on, its key value for gemstone can't misunderstand. except color and clarity you can check immeately, about treatment or natural that we guaranted forever. 

2 How many days return for refund if unsatisfaid ?

Seven days you can hold for check quality and compare price also. Responsebility always be side of sender, pls packing well untill received completely as original.

3 What payment you can accept ?

4 where you shipping from ? 

some from china office, some from bangkok office, up to where stock it is.

5 If i want to customize jewelry, what should i do ? 

for simple design we sent ur stone to 3rd factory directly, for others design u need sent us photo ( can easy find from pinterest / instagram ) . before we give 3rd factory, u need complete ur payment of our stones and agree some disclaimer of 3rd factory.  pls notice without checking stone byself to 3rd factory, stone return refund not available. 

6 what about tax and shipping ?
